Since when is commehr now netgo?
By way of universal succession pursuant to Section 738 (1) of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Sections 105 (3), 161 (2) of the German Commercial Code (HGB), commehr GmbH was transferred to netgo Ost GmbH, registered in the commercial register of the Charlottenburg District Court under HRB 8428 B (VAT ID: DE813533741 / tax number: 307/5737/1244), at the time of the accrual. The accrual took place on April 1, 2026.
Has there been any change in management?
No, the management of netgo Ost GmbH continues to consist of Kai Wedel and Daniel Steig.
Have my points of contact changed?
No, your familiar contacts are still available to you at any time.
Are my ongoing contracts transferred to the respective entity?
Yes, all existing contracts are automatically transferred to the new entity, netgo Ost GmbH.
